Passenger Comments:
We had high expectations and the trip exceeded them. The crew was absolutely outstanding, efficient, very friendly and responsive to all of our requests. They were responsible for much of our enjoyment of the barge experience. For example, when the weather turned warm they went out and purchased a wading pool for the youngsters to use on deck. This was done
entirely without imput from us. The excursions were excellent----far better than we experienced on a prior 'luxury " barge trip. as another example of the crew's responsiveness---we requested a cheese factory tour which they arranged and added to the published itinerary. The highpoints of the cruise the crew's friendliness and very obvious desire to provide us with the best possible experience. Those and the opportunity to celebrate our 50th with our family in a totally stress free and relaxed environment.

We had a superb Holiday. The service was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for all the crew. The food was wonderful and all the wine too. The fact that the crew were one big happy bunch that obviously got on well with one another, made for a most enjoyable trip.
-- J.J., England
La Litote, the crew, the cruise, the Burgundy Canal, THE FOOD, and just everything were absolutely first rate. It was one of our best vacations ever. This was one of those trips in which all expectations were met and exceeded. The entire week was the high point.
-- G.S., AZ, USA
I had high expectations, but the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Right from the moment we arrived at the Litote with the greetings and introductions, we were pampered for 6 days. The service was excellent and the attitude was customer first. The meals were outstanding as were the wines. We liked the flexibility during the days with the excursions, biking, walking, or just resting onboard. The excursions were very interesting and Patrice was excellent. We especially enjoyed the special visit to the winery owned by the family of our manager.
-- B.L., WA
It was a great trip. Cabins, service, food, excursions, route: excellent. High point: beautiful Burgundy countryside that surrounded us. SPT: I was most impressed with your attention and your organization of the whole thing.
-- D.B., CA
The barge week was outstanding! It will rank as one of, if not the best vacation we've ever had. The scenery, the food and best of all the crew made the trip so special.
-- N.F.
Far exceeded anything we could have imagined. The presentations of the wines and cheeses was wonderful. The food was extraordinary. I just wish we could adequately put in words how much we enjoyed the Litote. I was hesitant about
the barge experience and went because my husband has wanted to do this for years. I cannot say enough about the great time I had. I loved walking along next to the barge and the bike riding was fun.
